Outside and to the side of the house, there is courtyard and a separate and newly built one bedroom studio with ensuite. This unit has its own private access and would make an ideal guest or rental option. The views of the bay and the 19th century Alexander Nimmo`s pier from the house are just delightful and they can be enjoyed from numerous rooms. A balcony on the gable of the house on the first floor takes in the splendid of the bay in front, the pier and the colourful village.
